Summer in Ukraine

Sunday was a perfect summer day in Kyiv. Kesha and I woke up early and went with his mom to their summer house, which is about an hour away. It was sunny and warm. Kesha mowed the lawn, I picked cherries and his mom did some gardening. It was really just a lovely day.

Blogging.......Part 2

So I didn't tell anyone about my blog because I wasn't sure if I could keep it up on a regular basis. It looks like my stealthy sister Melody found it on her own. So I am renewing my efforts to become a blogger........

My blog

I know that I have pledged to all of my friends and family that I will never write a blog. Now, that I have been in Ukraine one year, I have caved to the pressure and will try my hand at blogging.

I am doing well. The winter is here and it looks like it is going to be a cold one! We have already had snow....

I am leaving for vacation tomorrow to Egypt. I will take lots of pics. and post when I come back from vacation....
